VE Partners has successfully acquired a majority stake in Satelliet, a prominent hospitality furniture supplier headquartered in Breda. The strategic move is poised to facilitate Satelliet’s expansion plans, with owner Christan Brouwers expressing confidence in reaching new heights through this collaboration: “I am convinced that together with VE Partners, we can take the next step in Satelliet’s growth ambitions,” remarked Brouwers in an official statement.
Satelliet is anticipated to achieve a revenue of approximately €65 million this year, boasting an EBITDA of around €7 million. With a workforce of approximately two hundred employees, the company is recognized for supplying furniture to esteemed clients such as Van der Valk, Rituals, Bol.com, La Place, and Erasmus MC. The Satelliet Group, comprising Satelliet Meubelen, Satelliet Belgium, and Lensen Projectinrichters, has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1971. Initially focusing on providing furniture for the hospitality industry, the company has expanded its offerings to include furniture for diverse sectors, including retail, healthcare, and education.
Brouwers emphasized the choice of VE Partners due to a shared vision that values the importance of an existing warm and informal atmosphere as a crucial driver for success. Additionally, Brouwers anticipates that VE Partners’ expertise will help Satelliet in its international growth ambitions. “The choice is strengthened by the existing knowledge, working method, and drive to further grow Satelliet in Northwest Europe,” stated Brouwers.
