Upforce

The company is the result of the merger between Techwork, SEP Peeters and PIEK Uitzendbureau, to which Uitzendbureau Verbeek and Direct People were later added. Since early 2023, the labels have continued together under the name Upforce.

Upforce recruits qualified personnel mainly from Poland (where the company has its own recruitment office) and Romania, and provides quality housing for temporary workers during their stay in the Netherlands. Besides finding the right match between employers and employees, Upforce takes care of the complete administration (such as payroll) for its clients.

International employment companies face increased regulation and need to innovate and invest in digitalization. Upforce management and our team are pursuing an active buy-and-build strategy to scale up the company. In September 2023, Werkplek, mainly active in the renovation and production sectors, was added to the Upforce Group as a first add-on acquisition.
