VE Partners is proud to announce the sale of its portfolio company Mosam to Elk Renovatie & Onderhoud. Mosam is a leading group active in maintenance and energetic renovation for professional real estate owners, mainly housing corporations, in the South of Netherlands. Mosam groups the participations in Maasveste Berben Bouw and Van der Meijs.
Together with management, VE Partners acquired Maasveste in 2021. In 2022, Van der Meijs was acquired as a second regional leading company to the group.
Both companies preserved their regional and familial identity, continuing to be led by hands-on, successful management teams. They leveraged each other’s best practices and realized synergies in overhead costs. Through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions, Mosam’s sales have tripled since 2021.
We had a very pleasant and successful collaboration with the Mosam teams over the years, who have achieved significant milestones. Thank you for this journey and we wish the Mosam team best of luck in its new phase.
