VDMI

The group consists of Van Dam Bodegraven (VDB) and Multifill (MFL), two complementary manufacturing companies providing private-label and contract manufacturing solutions to retailers and brand owners. VDMI supports its customers across the full value chain – from product development and formulation to filling, quality control and logistics – offering a comprehensive turnkey proposition.

VDMI operates from two modern production facilities. VDB, located in Bodegraven, is a highly automated site focused on large-volume, cost-efficient production runs for strategic customers. MFL, based in Mijdrecht, specializes in flexible, smaller-scale and customer-specific batches, offering a broad range of formulations and packaging solutions. This combination enables the group to deliver both operational scale and tailored flexibility.

VDMI serves a diversified and stable customer base within the European retail and personal care supply chain. Long-standing relationships with many of these customers are driven by high production reliability, consistent quality standards and the ability to respond swiftly to evolving product and packaging requirements.

In August 2025, VDM Industries was acquired by VE Partners to support its next phase of growth, further professionalization and continued investments in automation and operational excellence.
