Count & Cooper specializes in solving complex challenges within projects in the infrastructure, energy transition, hydraulic engineering and future-proof cities sectors.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Rotterdam, the company supports clients throughout the entire project life cycle — from tender strategy and planning to risk management, systems engineering and execution.

 The organization distinguishes itself through a combination of a methodical approach, professional way of working and team-oriented commitment. Instead of providing advice from a distance, Count & Cooper works fully integrated within project teams, almost always committing an entire team. The company values both technical expertise and social and communication skills, and is characterized by a young and dynamic company culture.

 Count & Cooper works for (semi-)public clients and is involved in various high-profile Dutch projects. The company employs approximately 70 professionals with backgrounds in civil engineering, project management and data analysis. Through digital project control, data-driven insights and close stakeholder collaboration, Count & Cooper makes projects predictable, efficient and transparent.

 Since 2025, Count & Cooper has been part of VE Partners, with the aim of driving further growth and strengthening its position within the Netherlands, in close cooperation with the founders and the management team.
