Based on previous experiences, I notice that VE Partners is very much focussed on creating a better company where actions and decision are beneficial for the years to come. VE Partners does not stay only high level but also realizes that if the operational processes are not working smoothly it is impossible to unlock the full potential of a company. As opposed to previous experiences where short term results even when crippling the company were preferred.
