Transaction Phase

We differentiate ourselves in the transaction phase by operating swiftly and pragmatically. We carry out the majority of our due diligence ourselves. Our experience and extensive network allow us to quickly gain insight in the situation and to make a good assessment of the potential of a business and the financing options it has. This leads to a transparent and realistic approach. Our creative and pragmatic approach also enable us to find solutions in complex situations with many stakeholders having different objectives.

Shareholder's phase

We like to work together with the management of our portfolio companies as a committed partner. We can provide support in many areas, such as in the overall strategy, specific projects or operations in general. We can have a supporting role, or where beneficial, we can assume a leading role. In this way we can contribute to the profitability of the company and its long term potential. We increase the effectiveness of an organisation. We do this with capital, but also with our expertise and longstanding experience.

We focus on adding value to the organisations we invest in, for example by:
