Arendse Group has acquired all shares in Move On Roosendaal, marking its second acquisition since VE Partners came on board.
Move On is a well-established health club in Roosendaal, offering a wide range of facilities, including fitness, group classes, swimming lessons, wellness, and hospitality. As part of Arendse Group’s integration strategy, the club will soon receive an upgrade to its fitness facilities, and physiotherapy services will be introduced under the Fysiomore label. This transformation will fully align the Roosendaal location with the Arendse model.
With this acquisition, Arendse Group continues to expand geographically, bringing its total number of health clubs to eight. “Move On is a well-equipped health club offering both fitness and swimming lessons. Its location near our existing Arendse clubs makes it a perfect fit within our network. We are always exploring new acquisition opportunities and expect to expand further in the near future,” said Cees Arendse, CEO of Arendse Group.
